With the holiday season fast approaching, the playing field for spectacle can get pretty crowded. In fact, the battle for public attention for a brand becomes tougher than a holiday fruitcake. But that hasn’t stopped Reebok from making a bid at the Guinness Book of World Records to create the largest piece of 3-D Street in the World. And boy-o-boy is this thing disorienting (and quite clever). Take a look:
As a part of their Crossfit campaign, Reebok commissioned street artists Joe and Max to take over Canary Wharf in London and create one of their signature 3-D “pavement art” paintings to show the cross training and cross terrain appeal of the Crossfit variant. The results are a stunning, record-breaking piece of work that’ll surely get a fair bit of attention.
Guinness Book of Records officials measured the finished painting at 12,490 square foot.
